By installing SnapCSV or using the SnapCSV website, you agree to these terms.

What you get

SnapCSV is a Chrome extension that exports HTML tables on the page you are viewing to CSV files on your local machine. The free tier is capped at 10 exports per 24-hour period. The Pro tier removes the cap.

License grant

When you buy SnapCSV Pro for $19, you receive one license key tied to your purchase. The key activates the extension on up to three (3) devices. The license is granted to you, the buyer, for personal or business use. It is non-transferable. It does not expire — it covers all future Pro updates of the extension.

You may not redistribute the license key, share activations beyond your own three devices, or attempt to bypass the activation system. Doing so terminates the license.

Refund policy

If SnapCSV Pro is not what you expected, email support@snapcsv.app within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your $19 in full. No form, no questions, no support ticket gauntlet. Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and take 5–10 business days to land back on your card.

Service availability

The extension itself runs entirely in your browser, so it works whether or not anything we operate is online. License activation and re-validation rely on LemonSqueezy's servers; if those are unreachable, the extension fails open (it lets you keep working) until validation succeeds again.

The marketing site is hosted on Vercel. If it goes down, your purchased license is unaffected.

No warranty

SnapCSV is provided as-is. We can't promise it works on every site, that every table gets detected, or that messy source HTML always exports cleanly. The output depends on how the page builds its table — some pages give cleaner results than others.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any SnapCSV-related claim is capped at what you paid for the license — $19 if you bought Pro, $0 if you didn't. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes will be emailed to Pro customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by writing to support@snapcsv.app will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
